1. About ZunoIQ
ZunoIQ is an AI-powered study platform operated by ZunoIQ, based in Goa, India. We provide tools including AI-generated summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and learning analytics to help students study more effectively.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZunoIQ. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zunoiq.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Subscription & Payments
ZunoIQ offers both a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Premium subscriptions are billed in advance and processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before significant usage of premium features will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI-generated content at scale.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls.
7. Intellectual Property
The ZunoIQ platform, logo, design, and all proprietary content are owned by ZunoIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated content produced from your uploaded material is provided for your personal educational use only and may not be redistributed commercially.
You retain ownership of any study material you upload. By uploading, you grant ZunoIQ a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating study aids for your account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries, flashcards, and quizzes are intended as study aids only - they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular examination. Always verify critical information against authoritative sources.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZunoIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated content.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZunoIQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
